Due to COVID-19 and unprecedented demand, we are running a little behind. Our warehouse team are working hard to ensure you receive your purchase as soon as possible but please expect few days delay to the dispatch of all the orders.
1.Confirm your order
We will send you an email to confirm the order you placed once the payment has been processed.
It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days on average for orders to process.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
Note: For the orders with more than one item, the processing time will based on the item which takes the longest time.
3.Estimate shipping times
Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.
A: Standard Rate Shipping: 12-25 Working days
B: Expedited Rate Shipping:8-12 Working days
Note: The actual shipping time depends on the destination countries & Couriers, and no deliveries take place on Bank Holidays.
According to the feedback, most of the parcels can be delivered fast and safely.
Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:
Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
Large or Bulky Items
Shipping Provider Error
If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
If the order arrives at your country and…:
– The customer refuses to accept the package
– Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
We reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
1.If you want to cancel the order & get refund, you shall contact us before the item is dispatched. Any cancellation requirements are not accepted once the item has been dispatched.
2.Please contact out Customer Service Team to arrange your return. We’ll need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. We do not accept returned item that were sent without any notice.
3.Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods needed to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.
4.We do not offer Freight To Collect(FTC) service for the returns. You will need to pay for the shipping by your own.
1.Once we received your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
2.If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). you’ll receive the credit within maximum 20 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
